Happy International Children’s Book Day!

2 April every year marks the International Children’s Book Day. This wonderful holiday is celebrated to inspire a lasting love of reading and draw attention to children’s books – small, yet having such a powerful impact on young minds.
Indeed, it is difficult to overestimate the benefits of reading – while reading, children meet new characters, cultures and ideas, build vocabulary, widen their outlook, gain new knowledge of the world, develop imagination and even more!
Looking back at your childhood, what was your favourite fairy tale? Is it Cinderella, The Snow Queen or may be Puss in Boots? The International Children’s Book Day celebrates these and thousands of other books. That’s why AZ Books encourage you to take this opportunity and read your favourite story through together with your children or grandchildren, relive it once again and spark your kids’ first fascination with reading.
